Other information:
If an order is placed after 1pm on Friday, it will not be dispatched until Monday and the applicable working days delivery time will apply.
Most of our orders are hand prepared in the UK and usually despatched within 7 working days.
Unfortunately, shipping to PO boxes is not possible.
Prices shown are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax but do not include other taxes which may be applied in your jurisdiction.
Orders posted to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import charges. SXC Global accepts no responsibility for these. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide necessary documentation and charges as well as liaising with customs to ensure accurate delivery.
Lost or Damage Claims
If a shipment gets lost or damaged, then you can submit a claim. Claims must be made within 23 days from the shipping date. Claims for late shipments are not supported.
If a shipment is scanned as Return to Sender, then such a shipment is no longer eligible for a claim.
When you contact us, you need to provide the following information:
- the order number
- the tracking number
- the postcode of the delivery address
- the value of the items in the shipment
