How to enter

1. Complete the routine quiz at www.sxcglobal.com/pages/find-your-routine and submit your first name and email address.
2. Free alternative entry: email info@sxcglobal.com with the subject "Monthly prize draw" and your full name. You do not need to sign up to marketing emails to enter this way.

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. One entry per person per draw period, whichever way you enter. Extra entries from the same person will be ignored.

Who can enter

UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Shifah Global Ltd, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with this promotion cannot enter.

Draw periods and closing dates

Each draw period is one calendar month, closing at 11:59pm UK time on the last day of the month. The first draw period runs from the launch of this promotion until 11:59pm on 30 November 2026. The promotion runs monthly until we end it as set out below.

The prize

One SHIFAH Advance Clearing Serum (30ml) per draw period. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the product is unavailable. As with any new skincare, please patch test before use and follow the directions on the pack.

How the winner is chosen

One winner is selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of each closing date. We will contact the winner by email. If the winner does not reply with a UK delivery address within 14 days, or does not meet these terms, we may select another winner at random. We may ask the winner for proof of age, identity and UK residence before sending the prize.

Winner announcement

We may announce the winner's first name and town on our social media. If you would prefer not to be named, tell us when you claim your prize. You can request the winner's details by emailing info@sxcglobal.com.

Ending or changing the promotion

We may end, suspend or change this promotion at any time by updating this page. If we end it, the draw period that is open at the time will still be drawn and its prize awarded as set out here, unless circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent this. We will not make changes that disadvantage people who have already entered an open draw period, unless circumstances outside our reasonable control require it.

Disqualification

We may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, uses false details, is made in bulk, by automated means or through third parties, or that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or is fraudulent.

Liability

We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for technical reasons, or for any loss arising from use of the prize, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Our decision on any matter relating to this promotion is final.
