All information, materials, visuals, documents, pricing, product formulations, plans, or data contained on this page (or shared via Shifah  representatives) are considered strictly confidential and are the property of Shifah.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Business, marketing, or product strategies

• Customer or supplier information

• Pricing, formulations, or ingredient data

• Research, creative materials, or campaign plans

• Private communications or brand assets

2. Agreement to Confidentiality

By accessing this page or using any related information, you agree to:

• Treat all information as confidential;

• Not disclose, copy, share, or discuss any details with third parties without written permission from the Director of Shifah;

• Use the information only for authorised business purposes related to your work with Shifah or SXCglo;

• Protect all such information using reasonable care and discretion.

3. Scope of Coverage

This agreement applies automatically to any individual or entity with access to this page, including:

employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, consultants, suppliers, content creators, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, or any third party working with or representing Shifah.

4. Ownership and Enforcement

All Confidential Information remains the exclusive property of Shifah.

Any unauthorised disclosure, use, or sharing of such information constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action, including damages and injunctive relief.

5. Exclusions

Information is not considered confidential if it:

(a) Was publicly available prior to disclosure;

(b) Becomes public through no fault of the Recipient;

(c) Is required to be disclosed by law or a court order (with prior notice to Shifah where possible).

6. Acceptance

By continuing to access this page or its contents, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

This constitutes a binding non-disclosure agreement under UK law, effective immediately and lasting for a period of three (3) years from the date of access.
