What's your favourite way to beat the winter blues? Exercise isn't the first choice for a lot of people, but sticking to your fitness regime throughout the colder months is actually a brilliant mood-booster. Not only will you be feeling good but you'll be looking great (and fit ;)) this party season!

The work out

1 minute of knee lifts.

20 x squats

1 minute of star jumps.

20 x Lunges

1 minute of jogging (with your arms pumping up and down from your shoulders).

20 x bicep curls

1 minute of jumping twists.

20 x side lunges (Do 10 reps on each side)

1 minute of bottom kicks.

20 x lateral arm raises

1 minute of star jumps

20 x side twists

1 minute of jogging (with your arms above your head).

10 x press-ups

1 minutes of jumping squats.

20 x tricep dips

Cool down for a few minutes. Stretch and shake out muscles.

Repeat this 4 times a week.
