Are you too busy to workout? Do your kids leave you with no time for exercise? Don’t worry, we have the perfect solution for you! This workout can be done in just 20 minutes a day and it will help to transform your figure. Doing even just a small amount of exercise a day will increase your metabolic rate, burn off more calories, boost your immune system and in the long term it helps to fight off chronic diseases.

The workout:

1 minute of bodyweight squats

30 Second plank

30 second star jumps

1 minute glute bridges

1 minute jogging on the spot

1 minute rest

Repeat x 4
